At Garde, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections. If a piece doesn't perfectly suit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer's packaging and include all assembly hardware, manuals, and protective padding to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or schedule a carrier pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, minus any restocking fees.
